	Bunion Since being dismissed from the U.S.C.M.C has become a highly active member of the criminal fraternity. Has been nicknamed the 'THE CAT' by Bounty Hunters because he has survived for so long. Indeed was believed to be dead after Captain Waye thought he had shot him clearly between the eyes. Is rumored to have the Telepathic ability of suggestion. Doctors believe this could have become active after the head wound he received. This man is highly dangerous and should not be approached by anyone unless they have sensible backup. Will do business with anyone and any organization.

	Captain Morgan Assuming the ID of PFC Morgan whilst in Phoenix Squad, Morgan spied for his seniors in Internal Affairs, nearly exposed as Waye, Lambert and Red had their suspicons through clues given away by his mannerisms and record. Came out of the closet after an ugly misson but has shot himself in the foot once to often. Appears on this list because hopefully hw will continue to push pens and we never have to meet him in a battle zone.

	Fingers Another Ex-marine, was until recently a member of Phoenix Squad but went AWOL with $5m, the funds are from a criminal organization he was infiltrating at the time. A computer genius, from which no system is safe. Romantically linked with Angel.

Black Sabat

A very large and well organized criminal organization, highly respected by the underworld. They have highly trained operatives. Not much more is known except they are well financed from there operations.

Black Panthers

A splinter group of the Sabat, their methods tending towards direct action. Usually brutal and without regard for innocent. In fact the more outrage caused it seems the better. Whether they operate with approval from the Black Sabat, but no backlash has been suffered by the C.M.C for their almost total annihilation of a Black Panther Operation on Aerodyne.

This particular group were extreme and responsible for the kidnapping of Amber Waye in 2177, the McKing Restaurant gunning in 2179 and the ICC building bombing in 2175.

Dusters

Believed to have been wiped out on Temple in 2179 after the C.M.C infiltrated and destroyed its key members. Setup and financed by the Black Sabat on virgin territory it was extremely successful in the early days due to Mark Denton a highly respected businessman. Though once exposed as the leader Mcfegason was killed during his arrest.
