Captain Waye having joined the corp at 18 has moved his way through the ranks rapidly (both up and down). Is at a crossroad in his career, his 12 year service is nearly finished but he is not sure what he would like or can do. If he leaves the protection afforded to his daughter and ex-wife by the Colonial Marines would most certainly be revoked, even though the protection was given willingly for there own needs. He had hoped to set up a Security Business but someone has lifted all but a few creds from his account. This means that he can't buy out some of the other members of the squad he would have trusred to be part of this business.
On the otherhand with Commander Millen currently under investigation his loyalties are divided, almost certainly he will not be able to start a new relationship with his ex-wife because of the committment to the Marines, but he would be able to serve Millen better in the Marines.
AKA: Parts
The joker and all round nice guy (if your on the right side) and a good source of income. This marine has caused us more havoc than a stampeding herd of elephants. Always seems to know how to create a maximum affect in everything he does.
His father owns Iomega but Parts has insisted on learning about working for a living. Though his family contacts have come in handy when staying away from home. He is definitely known for his love of grenades and will throw all resources into eliminating obstacles in his path. (and some of those obstacles he has deliberately made sure they were in his path)
AKA: GI Jane
Assigned from Stars and Strips to us properly due to an unfavourable report somewhere, though her record shows an excellent career. Her reputation as a reporter is hard and fast usually getting stories where other reporters wouldn't find one. A little old (40+) to be in a frontline unit but is now acting as PR for Phoenix Squad. She certainly didn't do the 118th any harm.

In his brothers eyes Ardath will never rise above the rank of something he trod in and had to wipe from the bottom of his shoe. Having met his brother Major Ardath (currently serving with Internal affairs) I wonder if its whats in the shoes that stink.
Corporal Ardath has a zest for life especially beach life, with water sports being a favourite. Though his use of C.M.C property, namely drop ships to find his means of propolusion for water skiing a little unnerving.
Red recently had an unlucky run in with a Black Panthers torture squad, which has left him with a nasty squint and a John Wayne walk.
AKA: Boner
Lambert could have had an excellent career the medical field, but chose the Marine Corp as the training for a doctor was intense and long. Instead he is the Medical officer for Phoenix. If he survives his tour will proberly return to college to finish his medical training.
Though being an excellent aviator Lambert has a nasty habit of wrecking drop ships, either that or he is very unlucky. He has just had his license reinstated after a 3 year ban for crash landing his drop ship on autopilot whilst having an illicit affair with a captains daughter in the cockpit.
Second in command, listens lots and speaks rarely, advice invaluable. Recently hostpilatised through gunfire but now fully recovered and back in command.
